Lord, hear my plea, wafted high across the veil.
Save, O save! A man so prone to stray.
I need you above all, my heart prone to flee.
Save, O save! Cast me not away.
For who is The Lord, but our God?
Unchanged throughout the ages.
You alone hold glory and power,
and wisdom beyond the sage.
“Hallelujah to the King of kings!”
Let the rocks and hills cry out!
Show us your infinite glory!
From our hearts remove all doubt.
Your mercy is wonderful, your love indeed pure.
What heights of love we can not comprehend!
We are dirty, filth ridden and hopeless.
Unworthy and lost, but your blood can us amend.
Grant us peace, strength and courage,
Reign supreme over our will.
Use us for your glory,
all fear and doubt still.
“Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”
