Hallelujah to the King.

July 5, 2014.

“And you will say in that day: “Give thanks to the Lord, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the peoples, proclaim that his name is exalted. “Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known in all the earth. Shout, and sing for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.”
(Isaiah 12:4-6)

Thank you, Lord, for all that you have given me.
May your name be praised both near and far.
Let your blessing flow from rocks and streams,
And may I ever be kept in your arms.

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,”
Keep me near your side.
Though I struggle at gnat, strain, fear and breath,
Never let me leave.

Praise your name, Blessed it is!
High and holy, lifted up.
Glory and honor, power and dominion,
Hallelujah to the King.

Sing you rocks and mountain tops,
Shout all who hear.
For the Lord is high and lifted up,
The almighty draws near.

Lord, help ever lest I waver,
Lest I fail thy might to see.
I need your strength and almighty guide,
You, and you alone I need.

Help me, Father, take me by the hand.
Lead me where you would.
I am troubled deep within,
Sooth my bleeding heart.

Lead me then and teach me your ways,
Let me be a light to guide.
Show me Father how to help,
May I lead ever to Thee.

May all the nations hail your praise,
Every tongue that exists.
Until every knee on earth shall bow,
Until all know your sovereignty.

Suggested Daily Reading: Psalm 23, Isaiah 12, Acts 26, 28.

The Lord be your strength.
